Looking for a refreshing treat? This recipe is my go-to for when I want a healthy and filling snack.
What you’ll need for the smoothie base:
- Almond Milk
- Honey (for sweetness)
- Chia seeds
To get started:
Slice up your fruit and add it to a food processor or blender.
Add a splash of almond milk and some chia seeds.
Drizzle honey to your desired sweetness.
Blend it up, but not too much. The consistency shouldn’t be too liquidy.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and set in the freezer for a few minutes to chill and solidify the consistency a bit.
Remove the bowl and top it to your liking. (I like to use fruit and granola)
